“It is a great Atmosphere. They have bands that play there on the weekends. When it's nice outside and they have bands they play outside in the colder months they play indoors. The owners are excellent they come up and mingle with the customers. We have always had a great time there.”

“Very chill vibe if that's what you're after. More than that, they have excellent coffee and baked goods. The Lemon Turnover was a crowd favorite and the German 5 grain bread was scrumptious. The Bear claw was subtle not cloyingly sweet.”
“Good cheap and cheerful place for a drink or quick bite. Very limited menu, but inexpensive and well prepared with good portion sizes. Bring cash as they don't accept debit/credit cards and their ATM has a 3 dollar fee.”

“I picked up a birthday cake. It's the third we've picked up here and there will be more. They are amazing decorators and the cakes are delicious. Their donuts are always great also.”
“Great people here, and the beers are awesome! The farmhouse ales are a delight. Get one of each!BTW, I learned that Mississippi in the name refers to the river, not the state.”

“Stopped in for a quick bite on our road trip. I had the loaded cheese fries and broccoli cheese soup. I love that the fries were fresh cut and not frozen fries. The broccoli cheese soup was really good as well.”

“I would like to give them a higher rating to be honest. The only problem is they let different cooks use their own recipes. It can lead to them offering something on the menu and the chef not knowing how to cook the dish.Years ago I took my children's mother there on a date night after not having an opportunity to spend any time together; and after ordering one of her favorite dishes pasta con broccoli and receiving something that was obviously not that type a pasta but something but something that was made by somebody that did't know what it was, I had to deal with her being upset and console her because she was looking forward to the meal. It wasn't long after that we both learned how to cook it.It's definitely true that the smallest thing can change your taste pretty drastically when it comes to the white sauce.I plan on visiting there soon and hopefully finding something positive to say in an update of this review m”
“I started pool league last night and this was my first time at this establishment. I felt at home right away. It was very clean and the service was excellent. The owner was there and was very friendly. Most importantly the pool table is in great condition and plays great. I can't wait to go back.”

“We enjoy going here on Friday nights for karaoke. It's always a fun time. The staff are great, and the food options are plentiful. We also have lots of softball games here, and the outside bar allows for food and beverages without missing any of the action. Great place!”

“This particular gambling location seems to get to less traffic of any the local slot machine oriented business. This to me makes absolutely no sense because it is by far into a very large degree, the friendliest establishment of it's kind.Additionally lattes and mochos and coffes are sold.I've seen other places virtually kick you out because you spent a few minutes on your phone and then just keep hitting in there on the game room machine.I think it's a customer you have the right to pause is there being treated like it's a race for them to get your money. This is rather small so the lack of business here mean not the other owners are simply better known and therefore a quality establishment is appreciated less than one with owners that have small town recognition.I'll list list specifically the ways in which they are in my opinion a vast improvement over the other places. I'm being discreet by calling an opinion.1.) Friendlier staff.2.) Does not make you feel like they are continually watching you to see how much you're spending and how fast.3.) Like other places will offer free refreshments for gamblers but they do not wait until you've spent hundreds of dollars before they do. Most places that they don't see you losing money, they won't offer you anything.4.) The best overall atmosphere. I personally have a high anxiety level to the point I'm on medications. It doesn't take a lot to make me uncomfortable but this particular location feels more like visiting someone you know.I intend on giving reviews of all the local slots. Having lived up here and moved back, it was almost shocking to see so many.My time is the youth was spent between this area and an impoverished area near the Ozarks. So my first instinct sings so many businesses gambling was to consider the impact it has on lower income individuals and have addicted natures. This area is more affluent than where I spent most of life. The aforementioned business tries to incline more than slots.I visited all the local places after being away since high school. You don't have to spend a lot to keep busy but of course some of the places will try to make you feel that way. When I see a business that I feel they have experienced - that it was a terrible business but taking up the majority of local business in the services it provides, I try to do a detailed that is fair and objective. By that same merit, whenever a higher quality place not getting the business it deserves, I try to do the same thing.I've had times my posts were read by thousands. Posts about smaller town business places usually do not get the same attention but in the spirit of what these reviews are for and that is to share the real truth and give readers a proper glance of which places they have to choose from, one could always. Next I'll be doing circle k. While primarily a gas station, a lot deserves to be said. As for this place thumbs up.”
“Service was quick, prices weren't as high as alot of other coffeehouses, coffee was 10/10 I got the blended cheesecake mocha with whipped cream and loved it! Atmosphere is super homey and relaxing.”

“I ordered a little last minute and not only were they so kind to assure me they didn’t mind, but made the best breadsticks known to man. Thank you so much for being my favorite late night go to!”
“A true friendly, locally owned placed to kick back relax, enjoy a drink, some music, and some laughs with other locals. Also a wonderful stop for travelers to enjoy the small town feel for a moment away from the high way traffic and city rush.”
“Was a little disappointed they didn't have the bocce ball set up anymore, but friendly staff and a good atmosphere. Recommend stopping if you are looking for a place for a couple cold beers while traveling on Route 4”

“My husband and I had an early dinner at Diamond Mineral Springs and it was delicious! They serve family style and the amount of food is huge. I had the fried chicken, dark meat, and it came with two things and three legs. He had the pork roast and dressing. I totally forgot to take photos of the food. We got quite the send off from the friendliest cat ever.”

“I had tried another location of this restaurant, but I heard this one was better. Starting with the salsa, I think they were right. The salsa had a very good flavor. Not a lot of bite, but I really enjoyed a couple of bowls. The chips seemed fresh, so dipping was enjoyed by all.I had the chicken fajita taco salad in a taco shell, and it really hit the spot. The flavors blended together for a really enjoyable culinary experience.”

“Great place to eat after shopping. It has all the trappings of a 1950s diner, with additional decoration for immersion. Its swirling ice cream cone storefront catches the eye.The food is very reasonably priced, and was much better than I was expecting. Many of these throwback diners have average or terrible food, but this one was a surprise.”
“Highly recommend Copper Dock! We went on a Saturday night in mid-September. They were very busy with homecoming weekend and short staffed but the service was great! They originally told us we would have to wait 40-45 minutes and we really only waited about 20 while we did a quick wine tasting inside. Our server, Dawn, was amazing! She made sure we had drinks the whole time, our food came out quickly, and the cheesecake we had for dessert was absolutely delicious! We can’t wait to have an excuse to come back!”
“Nice place to go and relax. Open to the public and lots of things to do.Parking: Handicap parking, with lots of parking, Bingo on 2nd and 4th Sunday's.”
“Excellent customer service! The bartender was friendly, courteous & kind. The owners were there & actively involved in this facility. They have been open now 1 yr. The prices were moderately priced w/ a large variety of beers & wines. Last night they had a live group & free food for their 1 yr. anniversary. There was plenty of parking & it was easy to acess their facility as it's right off I 55 in Livingston, IL on Livingston Ave Give this place a try, you won't regret it.”
“Always a pleasurable atmosphere. The workers and fellow bar goers are always friendly and welcoming. It truly has become somewhat of a regular spot for my friends and I”

“This pizza is honestly just unreal. Basically, all of the fare is amazing. But to have pizza like this in such a small town setting, and at such an affordable price...is just unbelievable. The topping selection is phenomenal, the garlic romano crust is... ...so good. Just order some Little Italy's today...you will not be disappointed!”

“Much more accepting and comfortable setting than the louder flashy places nearby. Felt relaxed, easy going.Vegetarian options: Most drinks are animal free, pizza and sandwiches available, sans-meat/brain food.Parking: Enough.Kid-friendliness: Well, it's a bar/tavern/gaming establishment, so.. no, most people frown on drunken children.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is level.”

“It's my favorite bar in the area between Mt Olive & Hamel. The only thing that would make it better would be arcade games but it's still my favorite. Maybe in the future!?! I told one of the owners so...?”
