McDonald's in Niles

“Although I never really thought about reviewing a fast food chain however I frequent this location very often. I use the drive thru 99% of the time and the food for the most part is always on point based on the training perspective being a former employee and trainer of a McDonald team 20 years ago and far from here. The service is always friendly here and they can take a joke from time to time. Would definitely recommend it if you want something fast although the only thing that I would recommend is that they go back to telling customers thank you after giving them their food. It’s a sign of respect and gratitude for choosing the Golden Arches vs some other chain.“

“Im used to my iced coffee order (half the cream and sugar) being ignored. Idk why but most locations always just give me a pure white coffee no matter how i order it, and a rubbery bagel. Most locations have toaster set to fast to save time, but they don't. Everything was just the way it ideally would always be everywhere and they were so nice. Just wanted to note because i don't think I've ever had the drink and food both done well at the same time.... So here i am giving a positive review for a McDonalds.“
