This caf is great for both solo visits and group hangouts.
The food had fresh ingredients.
Gloria Jean's Coffees offers a variety of drinks, with many customers praising the iced coffee and latte. The service is recognized as friendly and attentive, particularly highlighting a staff member named Jasmine for her helpfulness and quick service. Many visitors have positive experiences at this location, appreciating the staff and the atmosphere. However, some reviews mention issues with certain drink presentations, noting that the Mint Chocolate Chiller did not match menu expectations and was larger than anticipated. Additionally, there have been complaints about the lack of restrooms and the absence of Wi-Fi, which surprised some customers who expected these amenities in a coffee shop. Overall, while there are mixed reviews on certain aspects, Gloria Jean's Coffees is generally well-regarded for its drinks and customer service.
