I've come here multiple times during the week and been let down everytime. I've been trying to spend a gc since Christmas and everytime I stop in during business hours the doors are locked and the lights are off. seems like I'll never get to use my gift card. I messaged them through fb and a employee told me to come in at 3pm on the 15th of October which I did and again was let down as no one was there to refund my giftcard. i have been coming to this place for years for the last 6 months weve had screwed up drinks ....most are never full and are as low as 2 inches from the top .....when we order this chick has to redo our order almost every time ....when the mall opened back up we chose to get the drinks from the OTHER LOCATION the drinks are on point ... we have never had them hav 2 remake anything or had an attitude problem.....

I came in today to order a large Coco Loco . Waited about 10 minutes and got the wrong drink . I went inside and said I ordered a coco loco and the woman apologized then asked if I knew what was in it. Since I didn’t know I asked if I could just get something else so I got the Chocolate Caramel Avalanche. Waited another 10 minutes and it was the wrong drink again .
