Hands down, Hardee's has the best french fries around. My son has claimed this is his new fast food restaurant. Food is very delicious and hot. Staff are very friendly and courteous. I also would like to recognize the GM Kelley for his excellent & outstanding customer service & for Debra (who is a Mgr from the Washington, IL store) for her excellent & outstanding customer service as well. My son and I are very satisfied and continue to visit Hardee's ☺️

It has been many years since I visited Hardee's. My husband and I enjoyed a most satisfying and delicious lunch at a well kept and clean College Ave. Hardee's in Normal, IL. Laina greeted us with a sincere smile, and clear, pleasant voice. Her informative answers and conversation concerning Hardee's menue items was most helpful. Also Laina's awareness and attention to her surroundings, details and especially her customer was obvious and appropriate. One...

The food was really good, there were only two people working, but the guy at the counter was quite nice. He was coming to where we were sitting every so often asking how everything was, and if we had needed anything, the only thing to complain about was that the bathroom reeked of raw sewage
