First, always out of stock on many items. I go to other stores and they have it so this isn't a supply and demand issue, it's whoever is placing orders doesn't know what they're doing. Second, I was at Kroger sat am (12/24/22) mid morning. I went to self check out, had wine so automatically "help" thing goes off. I stood there for 10 minutes, waiting. Girl at the desk by self checkout was just standing there. I tried to get her attention, she ignored me and walked away. Finally another employee walked by and noticed I needed assistance and she went and got the girl to help me. Finally. Here's where it gets even worse. I needed cigarettes. I walked over to show her. She came back, scanned them and walked away with them. I was like, hey, um you have my smokes. She ignored me and took the cigarettes and put them in her drawer. I had to walk over there and ask for them. No clue what's going on with this store but it definitely seemed like this girl was on something. I know help is hard to find but this was ridiculous.

The pharmacist, I think his name is Mike, is wonderful! Some of the other employees in the pharmacy don't seem happy to be working.

I liked this place, I found what I needed easily and checkout was fast. Good selection in the freezer department and protein bars, I can't speak to the rest of the offerings.

I have been a loyal Kroger customer all of my life. Again, today, I ended up leaving and going to another store due to the store not having items I need. Other stores are able to stock items but Kroger is missing basic items. Today it was potatoes! Last time it was jello and crackers. These are basics. Consistently I have to leave and go to another store. One full service lane open. Ask for help and they send you on a wild goose chase rather than taking you there. So disappointing.

they changed EVERYTHING! LOTS of problems checking out. The "rearrangement " doesn't make sense. even the parking is worse. lifetime Kroger person won't go back.?

Ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. Told them white or yellow with their flo freeze icing. I was told they had one with a teal colored frosting. We got a marble cake and teal very thin frosting it was not the Flo freeze. Very disappointed and my daughter could not eat cake as it had chocolate in it. Cake and frosting were nasty.

While I love Kroger - 1. They stopped sending me coupons - I'm a senior citizen with a family of 10 - I need my coupon pack in the mail - why because I'm a dedicated customer, I received coupon packs until the COVID lockdown - then they stopped & never restarted. How can I get them restarted ? 2. Members and card holders should automatically get the 2x's / 3x's / 4x's reward gas points without scanning or downloading anything or jumping through hoops - why - because we are dedicated customers who shop your stores regularly. I'm there shopping at least every 3 days which is twice a week. Don't you think I deserve coupons and extra fuel points? Well I hope you do & I hope you restart my coupons and take my strong suggestion to simply apply the extra gas points when we shop without us doing anything. I strongly suggest that because I tried everything to figure out how to scan the extra fuel point thing without success, so despite me doing all of my holiday shopping there - I won't get the extra fuel points because I was unable to figure out how or where to scan that little square scanner deal ....very unfair, very sad.

Was at the Kroger on College at the deli dept. There was no sign saying it was closed. Asked if there was anyone to help me. An older lady walks out and said " it is almost time for me to clock out..you will have to wait til the next shift comes in I'm not going to help you. ". It was 4:45 and she said she was off at 5 to go look and see if what I wanted was in one of the cases. I had already looked and it wasn't. That being said she walked out. All I wanted was 1 lb of Tapioca pudding. I understand that you are shorthanded and I'm sorry and was I could help out. But I'm 74 years old and to be treated like that is totally unacceptable.

Good service and friendly people. No milk today, or toilet paper, bacon, read selection was small, and most of the fish sticks were gone. Weird. Also ramen noodles. And cat food. Weirder!

Headed to the checkout at 9:45 pm to find that all of the lanes were closed and we would have to check our basket FULL of groceries out ourselves. It took us nearly 30 minutes to scan and bag our 67 items including looking up each code for the numerous produce items we had. The cashier working the self check out lanes was running around trying to help several customers at once. $158 worth of groceries we had to scan and bag ourselves. Do better Kroger, do better.
