While I love Kroger - 1. They stopped sending me coupons - I'm a senior citizen with a family of 10 - I need my coupon pack in the mail - why because I'm a dedicated customer, I received coupon packs until the COVID lockdown - then they stopped & never restarted. How can I get them restarted ? 2. Was at the Kroger on College at the deli dept. There was no sign saying it was closed. Asked if there was anyone to help me. An older lady walks out and said " it is almost time for me to clock out..you will have to wait til the next shift comes in I'm not going to help you. ". It was 4:45 and she said she was off at 5 to go look and see if what I wanted was in one of the cases. I had already looked and it wasn't. That being said she walked out.
