When I called Wendy’s because of a mix-up, missing something from a drive-thru order, the manager was very humble and helpful, softening my frustration. When I arrived to pickup what was missing, the staff was very friendly and made it right. Mistakes happen but I appreciate when great customer service and valued treatment is the response instead of mutual frustration or ego.
