Not the best Asian food I've ever had, but certainly not the worst. Their orange chicken is really good. I've had the sesame shrimp & beef, the honey walnut shrimp, the black pepper steak, Beijing beef, teriyaki chicken & broccoli beef. All are just ok. I like that you can choose your side - like steamed rice, fried rice or chow mein. Prices are ok.

I deliver food for them a few times a day. Today was horrible as they were taking a very long time to prep for a customer’s order. The customer needed it for lunch. The customer got angry with me even though it is Panda’s fault. This Panda location needs to do a lot better in following through priority orders for delivery, especially lunch orders.

Update 8/3/25: this place is still AWFUL. Don’t try the shrimp. Enough said. The white rice was crunchy/uncooked and honestly looked and smelled dirty. One of the workers was standing on the stove to clean the kitchen!!! Not fresh, honestly insane. I thought maybe they could straighten up. Avoid like the PLAGUE!
They consistently get orders wrong, and the only thing they’re worse at is speed of service, regardless of how busy they are. 35+ minute wait when I get to the store for an online order is not worth it for sugar chicken.

They don’t sell eggplant tofu, and when I inquired, they were pretty rude about it. I’m super disappointed that they have no vegetarian option, but being met with rudeness because I dared ask was a little much.

So I love the people there. Always kind to welcome me in. Place is nice as well. Seems to be well kept for the most part. Anytime I go in and find anywhere not cleaned, it would be in a place that is commonly forgotten. I only have one issue with the food and that is the noodles. Love the noodles themselves but it would be better if there was less lettuce. The lettuce kinda drops the authentic feel of the noodles and plus, sometimes it feels like I get more lettuce than noodles when I get it. If there could be less lettuce, I feel like the noodles would be bought a lot more and people would likely love to have their main primary food be actually noodles with small quantities of lettuce.
Customer service is just terrible. I never leave reviews, but I had to with this one. I walk in with smile on my face and walked out annoyed. I didn’t see one worker with a smile on their face, all looked like they didn’t want to be there. I asked if i could get a side of sauce and the worker cut me off and just said ok. Then I asked her for chopsticks all she said was “no… we ran out” with no smile just blank face. I will not be coming back.
