We ordered online & were missing an item. When we called to see if they could deliver it they said we could pick it up or they could refund. I was called rude after stating it should be the store’s job to get the food to us & then hung up on. I called back to make sure it was taken care of & speak to the manager & was told it was the manager I spoke to. I was then hung up on again. I called once again & was told I could do it online or via email & that he wouldn’t be “yelled at” on his first call of the day when he was alone in the store. He also refused to give his name & stated it was none of my business. I wanted it for the complaint but good for you, dude, I didn’t get it. I also never yelled or was rude, just wanted you to do your job & be respectful. Just super unprofessional. Won’t be back to this location.

I got the pick two yesterday and was really disappointed in the steak sandwich which was overcooked, could barely chew it, flavor not good. The salad was a small amount for the cost you pay. It had the end part of the avocado in it too which should have been thrown away. Panera used to really have good food. Sad how it's declined.

Slowest Panerai in the world. My pickup orders are consistently ready 10-15 minutes late. They are always put of things. This place seems like it's managed by a toddler.

Not enough people working. Place was busy but just one person to taking orders . Food service was very slow . Tables were dirty and not cleaned. Bathrooms unkept and dirty.
