Prices soaring, portions shrinking. Terrible customer service.
We eat at Panera all over the MW. Not a huge fan of the corporatization.. food was better when actually baked locally.
Food is decent but this drive through is terrible. I just waited over 20 minutes with no movement. Got out of my car and walked to the window and no one was inside. I just left without my food. This has happened several times. Totally dysfunctional. I won’t be back.
