A really nice place to stop and eat, study, or relax. Very similar to other paneras. Staff was very friendly and bathrooms were very clean. Parking is a little tight and narrow, but was decent overall. Very nice place, go check them out!
Food was good and service was friendly and prompt. However this location needs a total remodel! It is a popular placec and the wear and tear shows it. The tables are worn and many are wobbly. The carpet is worn to the point of looking dirty all the time. The lack of regular maintenance shows and the overall cleanliness of the resturant is concerning.

I had an interesting situation at the Bloomington normal location. I had just traveled from IA and arrived to my hotel around 7-8 pm went through the Panera drive thru service and food were great as usual.
