I was pleasantly surprised at how good the chicken strips were 😋
Ordered at the drive through. The person taking our order was very efficient and no mistakes were made. We got our food fairly quick at the window and was fresh. Our drinks had excessive ice all the way to the lid. Not sure if they are trained to give you that much ice but it seems excessive and the drink doesn't last as long. The fries are basic crinkle cut (nothing special)
chicken tenders were quality and fresh but my personal opinion lacks spices and flavor in the breading. Coleslaw did have alot of flavor as well. I will say the garlic bread was really good! Overall our experience was fair to good. Slightly over rated in my opinion.

We went on a day that it was super cold, and just had our first snow of the winter. Upon arrival we saw Caitlin (cash) working hard outside, bringing in the patio dining chairs. She asked us right as we entered if she could bring a highchair to our table for our little one. She then came in and helped with orders behind the counters. She kept herself busy the entire time we were there by asking to take plates of others when finished, spot cleaning, checking on customers, ect… it was great to see such kind service. Everything there was ran smoothly and the chicken was great!

The only sell chicken fingers. While they do offer a sandwich, its chicken fingers on a bun. No salads, no desserts. They offer their Cane sauce or honey mustard sauce which I didnt like either. An addition of BBQ and ranch would be welcomed. The fingers have no seasoning, so a little bland. My family said thet would go again. If it was just me, I wouldn't return.

I’ve always loved canes but this location has disappointed me 4 times in a row. I kept hoping it would get better but it hasn’t. The last 4 times I’ve order the chicken was pink and want not edible. Sorry but I don’t want to get sick.

Okay I never really did a review before but my food was messed up like last week one the female mangers (dark hair glasses girl) told they would replace it unfortunately she never put me into book that she claimed they had. This girl looked like she was very slow didn’t know how to do her job mind you this was a MANGER, lucky the next time I went in there for lunch this very handsome king whom I think his name was Shawn fix my problem from last time after tell him how unpleasant my last experience was. We need more people in the world like him. Because him also I go in a lot more just see if he is working😍❤️ all takes is a little kindness to brighten someday.
Hope this get show to the right people into removing that one girl and promoting someone who knows how to treat there customers.
Got say this again he was so cute 🥰

Do not go here. The food is not good and the menu is very misleading.

Sandwich was extremely greasy and soggie. Cane sauce was very good. Fries were hard. The young lady in drive thru was the best part about the experience. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Walmart has better fried chicken. Seriously so disappointed

This is a great place to eat. The drive thru moves fast. The food is always hot and fresh. The Cane sauce slaps. Try it!

Wouldn't remake my food after my order was messed up. I got home and realized they forgot parts of my order (because there was nowhere to double check in the parking lot). I drive all the way back and while I get the stuff I'm missing, they said they couldn't remake my chicken and fries because there wasn't an issue with those items specifically. So then I had to drive back home with my cold and soggy chicken and fries.. At least I got my toast.
It was nice to go check out Raising Cane's in Bloomington a couple weeks ago. I had only ate at Raising Cane's twice ever so it's nice to be reminded of how good their chicken is.
They were pretty crowded when we got there and the parking lot was a bit tight. It's kind of only one row of parking and I drive a larger vehicle so it was difficult to pull in or even back in to the parking place. Once we finally got a parking place we went inside and placed our order. I noticed there was a lot of people that were happy and enjoying their dinner. There's not a lot of seating inside, I've definitely seen pictures of bigger Canes restaurants but it seems like it could be enough if people are in and out when they're finished eating. We didn't have to wait very long for our food and it was all fresh and hot! I enjoy the flavor of the chicken and also the cane sauce. The fries are okay but it'd be nice to try out some seasoning on them I'm not sure if this restaurant offers something like that.
I love the art on the walls and I noticed the other two canes that I have been to have the brick wall painted with the canes logo. I love the ambience and all of the decor in the restaurant.
I'd like to say that I would come back but they're building one in Peoria so I'll be able to have it there next. Thanks for making my meal fresh and ready!
