Bella: not the most customer oriented person. I ordered some food, had a couple issues with the payment that we got sorted once our food was delivered. I had to order one more thing, and was asked “do you plan on actually putting your card in the machine this time?” And I said I did the first time and was met with infuriated looks. Called up management, and explained the situation. I get that you can have bad days, but there was no reason to take it out on me or my smashed...

The speaker system was not working so we had to go through the drive-through which was no big deal but we wanted to order from the $1.99 menu & small shakes are on that menu but the young man told us we couldn’t order a $1.99 shake through the drive-through that if we wanted that we would have to order from the app. So stupid ridiculous, made no sense what so ever.

I ordered ahead in the app! I ordered 2 kids meals and popcorn chicken. They were out of ketchup so I got extra honey bbq (which is surprisingly the best sauce ever) I love the deals provided in the app(I’m broke) I got home to see 2 MASSIVE chili cheese dogs in the bag along with all the food I actually ordered. It was still hot and very yummy. I had to wait a bit for the food to make it out to me, but it was busy so I get the struggle. They made up for it tho!! Definitely...
