The Starbucks at The Shoppes at College Hills is the best one in town. No drive thru, but always busy. Maybe because they don't run out of things like the other's in town as often. They have never messed up my coffee. Ordering through the app and picking up is faster than any drive thru. Ordering in-house is still faster here than the other locations. This is NOT a general Starbucks review. Just the aforementioned location.

They didn't put any syrup in my drink! I asked for two different kinds, so I was charged extra. I get this drink everyday from a different starbucks, so I know how it should taste. Very disappointed by the service, starbucks is usually know for accuracy which they are lacking!

Whichever girls were working last night made me the most delicious matcha latte I’ve ever had. I live in the country 30 minutes out of town & am 40 weeks pregnant & was craving matcha SO bad. It was the only thing I got out of bed for yesterday.

Always slow and packed, drinks never taste the same as each other, very high employee turnover rate lack of experience. Would rather have them replaced with bots.

Make sure you have plenty of time
Came in for 2 drinks, a fappacino and a pink drink. Waited 20 minutes for the frap which is fine considering they were busy. But then waited another 40 minutes for a pink drink. Watched several people come and go before and after me. When I finally asked them about the drink they told me there was still another 8 people waiting in front of me. Doesn’t make any sense since I was already given a drink a half hour ago. I finally had to al for a refund. Service here is bullsh*t.

One star because there is only one barista and she’s doing everything!! she was very kind and helpful and still made my drink very quick considering there was more customers and she was by herself. She definitely should have help!
I’m giving this store 1 star because the barista expressed to me she was working alone and was trying to get everyone’s drinks ready as fast as she can. I always see her alone every time I come in and she’s always so sweet to me. It would been nice to see her getting some help!
Consistently long wait times, lack of staffing, lack of seating bc of the amount of people always waiting. Employees are always nice, it's not their fault. Just seems like a case of constant mismanagement. I live here and visit often.

I wanted to get my wife something special because she has to work on labor day, so I figured I would get her a Carmel Frappuccino.. it took about 15 mins cause they had 1 person on register, 1 making all the drinks, and 2 girls who were just slugging around pretending to look busy. When I got my drink, they didn’t put any caramel drizzle in the cup, the drink had way too much milk, and you can tell it wasn’t made with love, but haste. And on top of that, they now cost $7!? WTH???

Don’t really understand on why I have to wait 30-40 minutes for my drink. The wait time is kind of ridiculous. I don’t remember what I ordered cause I’ve been waiting so long.

Got my size wrong when i made it clear what size i wanted and they added inclusion when i specifically asked for none. They also had bugs in the case of food.

The only reason I give this store only 1 star is there were 4 employees working and only 1 lady making drinks for everyone. The other 3 stood by register talking. We had 2 different drinks. Someone else or 2 other people could have started our drinks while she finished up the online orders. We didn't wait long. I am a manager if there is work everyone works. I was sad to see such a lack of respect for co-workers and customers. Many thanks to the young lady for such a great job.

I went into this location 6/28 at 6:30am. The girl who made my drink made it well, but a girl walked out from the back and gave that co worker the nastiest look and started whispering nasty things about her and how she’s from a different store. How is that appropriate in front of a customer?!?? I know they are short staffed, but talking about someone like that in front of a customer is horrid. Shame on you Alexandra.
