Was waiting on a drink and heard a barista mention roaches and they started frantically cleaning. Very concerning from a customer standpoint as they still served me. I hope this gets resolved.

Every day I order the same drink and $8 and it's a large today I came here and they charged me $12 for a small glass and then when I complained about it they none of them had a clue what the hell they were doing and they couldn't fix it so I just gave up and walked out , I guarantee this was the last time I'm coming to this business.

From the bottom of my heart, you suck. Absolutely horrible. I aged 2 decades waiting for my drink. One drink. Ridiculous. Genuinely hope management changes or a completely overhaul in employees. Never thought I could be so upset with a Starbucks.

Update recently, the service has definitely improved.
I have been to this location a couple of times. The store is well maintained, clean, and inviting.
The staff are very attentive and provide great customer service. I normally get a food items and coffee. The coffee is always hot and made great. The food is great.
The only thing I've noticed was this past Saturday morning. It was a little busy. I would like to see a bit more staff taking and preparing the orders.
Other than, it's a great location overall.

Garbage was overflowing Employees didnt say names very loud. Music was loud. Not a relaxing environment. Tried to enjoy time inside in the a/c but no chairs and tables were dirty.

3 times Ive ordered from here to pick up. Every time they DON'T add the extra stuff you PAY for. They stick to the usual recipe and ignore the added options you PAY for. Not ordering online anymore. Its sad you have to WATCH them and REMIND them to put in the extra stuff you PAID for!!!
