They forgot an entire wrap and many sauces for our drive through order. I went back and nicely explained that we got all the way home and had to come back to get someone’s meal. not a problem because everybody makes mistakes. However, The employees at the window, barely acknowledged my existence, didn’t utter an apology for forgetting our order, or the fact that we had to come all the way back to the store, and still forgot part of the order again after I had asked twice. I said, thank you and received zero response, and barely any acknowledgment, even though I was nothing but kind in a frustrating situation. The customer service here was very poor today. If I was employed here, I would’ve apologized and offered to make it right or at least smiled at my customer. The young girls at the window are too busy chatting that they forget their job involves the customers more than themselves. we would like to try this location on a different day and see if the service is better from more experienced employees.

I’m honestly surprised I even have the words to describe the incredible experience I had in the Drive-Thru at this location a couple of days ago, and I just decided to post this review. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Sol, the team member who helped me, truly stood out. She greeted me with genuine warmth, took my order with accuracy and care, and made the entire process feel effortless. Everything was perfect fast, friendly, and exactly what you’d hope for when grabbing a meal on the go.
It’s rare these days to find customer service that leaves you walking away with a smile, but Sol made that happen. She turned an ordinary visit into a truly memorable one, and I left feeling impressed and appreciated. Experiences like this remind me why I keep coming back. I WILL be back!

Lunch at Chick-fil-A in Norridge! Honestly, one of the best chicken sandwiches around. Service was a little slow, a little bit of a wait time in the drive-through, and I ordered on the app. But I would say all in all they’re worth the wait. And if you’ve never tried their macaroni and cheese you’re missing out, amazing!
