I was here on 09/24 picking up an order to take to work. Once I got to work I was missing 3 items which were a sandwich, fries and the bottle of CFA sauce. I called right away and I spoke to someone by the name of Ally I believe. She agreed to give me the items if I went back within 30 days which I did. When I arrived a blonde lady helped me and I told them my name turns out they only wanted to give me the sandwich, not the fries and the sauce bottle. I did not understand why because it was something I HAD PAID FOR. She agreed to give me the sandwich and sauce bottle only not the fries. Keep in mind I had ordered another meal that I was paying for. I ended up having to pay for my fries that they missed on giving me. She said she “could not change the order more than she already has”. There needs to be better communication here.. food is great but her customer see was trash.

Katelyn and Daya were so nice and went out if their way to make some last minute milkshakes for my girlfriend and I even though it was so close to closing. It’s things like this that make this Chic fil a worth coming back for. We definitely recommend for a good and affordable milkshake!
