I love chick fila ! BUT This is my first time at this location and my sandwich did not taste the same as the many locations i have been to 🥲
It was cold the cheese literally cold still not melted and the chicken was lukewarm
The sandwich had no spice to it and it was the “spicy chicken sandwich”
The staff was super nice and friendly but my meal was disappointing 😣
I know as a chain restaurant general manager that every meal should be the same at every location despite different ownership. No hate its all love i still love chicken fil a.

Chick-fil-A always has good service, but today stood out because of Talia. The restaurant was busy, but everything still felt organized and smooth. The workers were moving fast, the food came out fresh, and the atmosphere was really positive.
Talia helped me with my order, and she was super friendly, patient, and professional. She made sure everything was correct and even checked in with a smile. It’s employees like her that make Chick-fil-A worth coming back to. She really adds to the great service this location is known for.

One employee gave very good service. she checked in on my order when she noticed it was taking longer than usual to bring out. Was very attentive with the customers and cordial.

I had a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A today thanks to Pam! She was so kind and attentive — she helped me choose the perfect salad and even came by later to ask if I liked it. Her friendliness and genuine care made my visit special. Thank you, Pam, for such great service!

While most Chick-Fil-As usually have a service matching their food quality, getting a straight answer from tech support about a vaguely defined problem is more likely than this group explaining why their seasonal promotion isn't appearing on their app.
What didn't help was the manager on station repeating the same customer service lines without explaining why their promotion wasn't appearing on the app-I asked about why the promotion wasn't appearing on the app, not about if I could still get the benefits even if I just come over and ask in person.
Food good, service meh, app promo coordination nonexistent
EDIT: Service is greatly improved, but same app issue, won't honor the deal they advertise. *Don't offer a promotion if you choose not to honor it.*

The back worker stood in the bathroom for 10 mins on his phone watching videos
I came through the drive thru Tuesday afternoon around 5 o’clock and the customer service was AMAZING!! I come by every now and then and Brianna is so kind! Promote her! She always reaffirmed my order and the food was fast and fresh. She was also kind and patient when my kids didn’t know what they wanted. 10/10 customer service and interaction! I will definitely be back!

extremely rude staff, THEY forget a sandwich from my order, when i came back for said sandwich it was no longer breakfast time so i asked if i could get something equivalent to it? they said no, i had to either PAY for another item, or wait 30 days??? the manager was extremely rude & gave attitude when i asked politely. i never make reviews, but today i got time & i didn’t appreciate their service. definitely recommend the Chic fil a in melrose instead :).

They forgot an entire wrap and many sauces for our drive through order. I went back and nicely explained that we got all the way home and had to come back to get someone’s meal. not a problem because everybody makes mistakes. However, The employees at the window, barely acknowledged my existence, didn’t utter an apology for forgetting our order, or the fact that we had to come all the way back to the store, and still forgot part of the order again after I had asked twice. I said, thank you and received zero response, and barely any acknowledgment, even though I was nothing but kind in a frustrating situation. The customer service here was very poor today. If I was employed here, I would’ve apologized and offered to make it right or at least smiled at my customer. The young girls at the window are too busy chatting that they forget their job involves the customers more than themselves. we would like to try this location on a different day and see if the service is better from more experienced employees.
