my online order was marked ready on the app - only to walk in and get told they were still working on it. waited 20 mins inside as people were walking up to the counter and getting their food faster. just to get home and see half my order was missing and a stale bag of chips and old queso. employees obviously all hate their jobs.

One of the rudest experiences so far .No greeting. No hello, nothing. The guy who was steaming the tortillas seemed new and was actually very nice . But the blonde girl who was next on the line was so rude and demanding like I understand there’s a bit of a line but to shoulder shove him out of the way and basically telling him to get out of the way and saying to him “we don’t have time for that” was literally uncalled for. Smh . Also when she asked for what I would like on my bowl she obviously had an attitude. Kind of giving a nasty face like “hurry up” saying to me “is that all” but not in the nice way. Then after waiting for a min or two for someone to ring me up the girl who came from the back was on her phone and didn’t even look at me just said the total and when back to her phone. Not even a have a nice day or a normal thank you. Smh. Never had such a rude experience. Idk if I’d come back tbh.

Worst service ever. I'm nice and polite and got given attitude and straight up disrespect for absolutely no reason. I've worked in food service and understand it can be a lot but thats no reason to take it out on your customers.

RUDE & MISSING ITEMS:I’ve been a frequent customer of Chipotle for a long time. I’ve been to multiple locations, and still go to multiple locations. This specific location is the worst of them all. First thing you can notice about this location is the uncleanliness. I’ve dined in about 3 times here. All the times I’ve had to wipe down the tables myself. The second thing is the atmosphere. The workers will not great you. Their job is to get you out as fast as possible. A recent experience I had, I’ve had an issue with one of the employees. I requested double chicken in my bowl, and I was only given less than half. After asking the employee about the portions he was visibly upset confirming I’m being charged for double portions. At the end of my transaction I requested chips and queso. I was charged for two queso and did not receive them. I think Chipotle management needs to start having their employees use name tags. This staff needs to be held accountable.

Everytime I order double protein (which is an additional 5$) they never give it to me. I get steak and chicken and each time only get one or the other. Complete waste of money everytime I come here.

I came here on 02/22 around 12:30 PM. Who ever the torta that was working that day was very much rude ? I’ve been here before and it was other people and I had no issue w them.

Was there to place a takeout order after 8pm and the food was not as flavorful as it usually is, the rice was dry, the chicken was softer than usual and it barely had flavor. The service for food was terrible, but the cashier seemed more happy to help us than the other employees.

I eat at Chipotle once every 5 years and I was reminded why tonight.First of all , the restaurant was mad dirty. Front doors were disgusting and pop station was trashed. I walked up to place my order and a young girl was making several other orders even tho nobody was in the restaurant, im assuming online orders. Ok cool, but not once did she or any of the other 4 ppl acknowledge me standing there. I finally asked to someone, “ is anyone going to take my order ?” The guy goes” yeah one sec “as he cleans the line….. Customer service is so Simple bc all someone had to say was we will be with you in a moment. Then the same girl making the online orders was using all the ingredients so the guy who finally took my order had to wait for her to finish using everything. Terrible service from start to finish. I’ll never be back.Plus, the paper bowls used by chipotle are so gross bc the bottom gets soggy! Whose bright idea was that?? Do better Chipotle!
