Edelweiss German American Cuisine offers a terrific dining experience with great old-school vibes and excellent service. The restaurant features a memorable atmosphere with live music and kids dancing along. The menu includes generous portions of delicious food, such as the stuffed cabbage, pretzel ham and cheese sandwich, and the edelweiss platter, which consists of chicken schnitzel, German sausage, and thick cut beef, accompanied by German fries, spatzel, red cabbage, and sauerkraut. Edelweiss also provides vegetarian options and wheelchair accessibility.
Customers have praised the large and warm Bavarian pretzel, as well as the amazing Black Forest brandy Alexander for dessert.
