The service is just as impressive, with friendly and attentive staff who help make every visit enjoyable. Between the delicious food, welcoming atmosphere, and live entertainment, this is a place I always look forward to returning to. I can't begin to detail how much I enjoyed my experience at Edelweiss. The staff was very friendly and made great suggestions. The food was wonderful. I had the Bayerischer Schweinshaxe. It was enormous and came with three sides. The outside was nicely rendered and crisy, and the meat was well seasoned and tender. The spätzle, potatoes, and sauerkraut were great complements. Others at the table enjoyed the cabbage rolls and beef stroganoff. They praised their dishes highly. We enjoyed the live traditional music that rounded out the memorable experience.

The food was amazing and the portion size was large! Our server was also amazing she had all the right recommendations and was very attentive. We will be back!

If you’re craving true German flavors 🇩🇪, this spot is a must! The food is always amazing 😋-their schnitzel is perfectly crispy, red cabbage is flavorful, potato pancakes are a favorite, and the soft pretzels 🥨 are next level. My kids go crazy for the liver dumpling soup 🥣! The staff is super friendly 😄, and on some weekends, they even have live music 🎶, which makes the whole experience extra fun. Can’t recommend it enough! 🌟
