Beef barbacoa bowl, Korean bulgogi, chicken fajitas, chimichurri steak, and the oreo protein bites are some favs. Delivery is always on time and I appreciate how they give a time window the day of delivery and an alert once it's delivered. Customer service is top notch too. Portion sizes are generous as well, good value for your money. As far as macros, they are on point and well balanced. I also have a sensitive stomach and their meals NEVER bother me, so A+ to the chefs ⭐ Other meal prep services we've tried are too high in sodium and fat, or they taste awful. Myo Meals has a pretty good variety and seem to add a couple new meals every other week or so. They refresh the menu seasonally too! If you're looking for easy and healthy meals, give them a try - you won't regret it!“

“I had looked at the menu before I came here so I knew I wanted The Cuban Sandwich when I arrived. It was fast and fresh. The meat was mouth watering! Was the best Cuban I ever had. I was not expecting this. Hoping for goodness.. but the best!! ???. The service was fast and friendly.

“Arrived at 8PM on a busy Friday night. We were seated immediately and service was quick to our table. Our appetizer was served quickly, but it took a little while for our entrees to arrive. The food was delicious - fried cheese curds, sliders, and a burger with fries. Restaurant was noisy, but not so loud that we couldn't have a conversation. One patron was loudly complaining that he was seated between two large parties and was unable to enjoy his meal due to the noise. We were happy with our visit, however.“

“My wife and I were working near the Oak Brook Center and decided to stop by the location in the food court. I had the Spicy Yuna and my wife made a Create-Your-Own with Ramen, Roasted Chicken, Pineapple, Sweet Onions, and Teriyaki.

The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The food was absolutely delicious. I felt that portion size was very well suited for a late lunch.
