The cakes are pretty good, but there was a whole lot of attitude from the bakery staff that I was completely caught off guard by. Granted I did ask some silly questions like, “do you take special orders?” But I really didn’t expect the attitude that I received. Also something I bought was on sale and she tried to ring it up for the regular price. And she didn’t have the patience for me. I walked in because I’ve always wanted to check it out I see it in the delivery apps but I was there in person, and man did everything look so good. Let me tell you the customer service here is impeccable, I had made a Toogootogo order but was in the area earlier than planned, so they helped me out with that. But since I was there in person I needed to get some goods, in comes Joselyn to help me, I get an iced coffee which she made to my delight so perfectly no bitterness was...

I have ordered cakes from Palermo Bakery for the past two birthdays of my daughter and they are PHENOMENAL. The cake I ordered most recently looked IDENTICAL to the picture I provided.
