I normally don’t have any problems with this location but today I had the pleasure of watching the staff work!! Nobody was wearing gloves I seen a couple employees scratching their bodies and continue to fix people’s food! I saw them touching their faces as well still no gloves. That’s how people get sick nobody knows what you carrying on your hands.

This location is absolutely the worst-managed Popeyes I have ever ordered from. Almost every single delivery has something missing or completely wrong. It’s the same pattern every time — zero attention to detail, no quality control, and it feels like nobody there cares at all.
I genuinely enjoy Popeyes, but this specific location is consistently unreliable. It’s shocking how often they mess up simple orders. I’m done ordering from this place until the management finally hires people who can actually handle basic tasks and take their job seriously

well, they open at 10 am, but said they won't open til 10:30! So that's not promising. 🙄.
I went to purchase the Tuesday special and added a small side of mashed potatoes with gravy. Which some how came out to a 12$ total and as I’m eating my mashed potatoes this is what was mixed in with my food. I’m so not okay with this.
I bought 16 pieces with some sides and some pop. Easy ice. Everything was as it should have been (including low ice, as I'm not paying for frozen water that I have at home, plus most people don't clean ice machines as thoroughly as they're supposed to...).
It was all on temperature, as it should be.
My question, or low point is this: why are the legs broken at least half the time I've bought chicken there?? There's no reason for it.
It looks like animal cruelty to me. You should be smarter than a chicken to euthanize it in a humane way.
If you have to break their legs, something is definitely wrong. Ideally, you'd think they'd use something like carbon dioxide, (which is anti-cruelty, that's what zoos use), though I don't know if that would be edible or not...please look into this and DEMAND anti-cruelty practices.
Just b/c someone isn't vegetarian or vegan, doesn't mean they want their food from mistreated animals. I can't even think of another way they COULD get broken. You never see them broken in store-bought. Maybe I'll do that, instead.
Popeyes chickens always good but the staff was slower than a slug crawling thru salt.
The chicken was not cooked, shriveled and of very poor quality. The potatoes were very black.

Be careful they like to scam you here they say they do not accept the app which I know they are full of it because every Popeyes has the app she wouldn't even let me use none of my coupons or nothing that were on their app I believe her name was Marie or like a short version of m a r or MRA so just be careful with this location
Food is trash the people working there don't even know what's going on.

Spent almost $20 and asked for one buffalo sauce.. They had the audacity to charge me $.50. You can keep the sauce and give me a refund. I will not return.
