I don't understand all the negative reviews here. This location is quick, and the staff is very approachable.
This spot has been my favorite location since they opened. Looking at these reviews, some of these complaints are so petty.
This is a high volume location with some of the nicest staff. If you have a problem, just vocalize it like a normal person.

This Starbucks is the worst. Almost every MORNING around 8:30am, I place an order for pick up. I get the peppermint chocolate cream cold foam for my cold brew and they NEVER add the chocolate curls (the best part!!) I even ordered EXTRA chocolate curls and continue to get ZERO. So then I tried a peppermint mocha and ZERO CHOCOLATE CURLS to top that off, my drink looked like it had OIL in it. DISGUSTING! Go to the one on Harlem and Lawrence instead. Even the drive to the one on Harlem and Addison is worth the drive. This place SUCKS! I gave them the benefit of the doubt in thinking they were having an off day or two but it continued to happen and I’m done giving them chances. Shut this Starbucks down. The other 2 are way better! This one is just closer but I’ll take a further drive over this location any day!

Ordered a grande hot drink and was filled up a quarter of the way. Called and asked to get a refund or a new drink and they told me I can't. The lady who did my drink looked like she was new or filling in since she didn't know where anything was. For a new location i had higher expectations.
The staff was so kind and thoughtful! They evidently care about their customer’s experience and satisfaction. Great team at this Starbucks!! Not to mention the seats are comfy and its a great work/study spot.

The young Indian woman could be better at her job. They keep the milk, sugar and spoons behind the counter. I asked for 25% of the cup to be 2% milk. I received a couple drops. I told her I wanted more, she asked "extra." I asked for salt for my egg and fruit box. She gave me hot sauce.. I told her she did not listen very well. She got hot and would not wait on me. Tip jar right out in front and center. My box had an expiration date the very next day. Leave the cream and milk so customers can get what the pay dearly for.
