Hello, Id love to give a big thank you to Sabrina! She was an amazing server, very respectful as well as very attentive to my table. As well as Doris the manager she was responsible and professional.

Wish I could give it 0. Sent my husband inside to make an order to go and they wouldn't take the coupon from Denny's website. When he tried to order without it they said they couldn't make French toast. The lady at the front was so rude he left. They apparently weren't busy so it doesn't make sense. Tried ordering online later that day and after 20 minutes was contacted and told they could not fill the order because they don't make crepes, - even though it's a Denny's menu item and listed on their website. Then they cancelled the whole order without reason or providing other options. Is this place even a Denny's anymore? We used to get food here all the time but it's pointless to even try now.

Came in on a Sunday afternoon a little worried that it was going to be busy and the service would suffer but I will tell you that our server, Maria L. was incredible. I don't know if requesting a specific server is something that Denny's does, but if they do, ask for Maria L.

This was Denny's. Fast efficient service. Coffee filled when we needed it. Reasonable prices with a welcomed feeling although a little brusk. On the original grand slam the 2 eggs seemed small. They were cooked nicely over easy. Also ordered was a build your own omelet. It had a great mix of ingredients and filled the plate. On a previous visit (picture posted) I had a disappointing biscuits, egg s and gravy. There was not enough gravy and very little sausage taste to it. There was a hole in the upholstery but it didn't bother me. This is a good quick stop on the way to the airport when you don't want to be surprised with a delay.

0 stars my pick up order had 2 long noticeable HAIRS in the food. When I called to inform them the female manager placed me on hold and hung up the phone on me.. That was unprofessional.. I usually don't have any issues or complaints about their food but this will worry me if I ever order from them again. Which will be NEVER.. Have they heard of Hair nets or covering.. Really.

Dennys on Harlem in Norridge had exceptionally good food tonight. Our server, Amanda, was the nicest most pleasant yet professional server we've ever had. Amanda truly made us feel welcome and appreciated as customers. As always, our food was hot and better than normal so congratulations to the chef also. With good food and friendly server like Amanda it's no wonder people keep coming back. She and tonight's chef are definitely an asset to Dennys. Mrs. Cicero

Every time I visit this Denny's, everyone's so happy to see me. I get the best service every time I visit. The food came out fresh, as always, and tonight, Amanda was fantastic in making sure I didn't go dinnerless. It's always a pleasure to be here!

We are here at 7:50 on a Saturday night. There is one server, one busser/runner and one cook. They are currently trying to handle 13 tables and a 14th one just walked in. Who is running this place?!!! Kudos to the staff that is here for holding their shit together. This server is 30 something with dirty blonde hair. She's stretched, but holding it together. You can see the stress though. Another server just showed up. She very calmly told her that whatever was at the door was hers, that she had taken everything else already. Poor girl. I'm a server and I wouldn't have handled this as well.

Always have a great experience when I eat here. The wait time is always great, and the customer service is always top notch. The server Maria, is the best! She's always attentive and accommodating while bringing smiles to everyone's face. We'll always come back!

I walked into Denny's and was pleasantly greeted by the Manager Luciano. We were escorted to our table and we had Sabrina as our server who was efficient and pleasant. The food arrived in a timely manner. Sabrina was very attentive in making sure we needed anything. The Manager Luciano was attentive, walking around overseeing that the customers were satisfied with their meals and servers. I recommend this restaurant, it's a quiet atmosphere, great for a place to meet and greet. Can't say enough about the atmosphere, the services, the Food, and let's not forget about their pricing is mmm mmm good . Maria Raygoza

Stop fooling people. This is a Dennys. I've hated you guys ever since you treated an employee that had at the time 35+ years of waitress experience like total s**** I know it's probably under new management since then and since when you had managers caught sleeping in their office.

This was a very pleasant Dennys restaurant to eat breakfast at. The staff was friendly, courteous, and attentive. The waiter was excellent and responsive. The food was yummy. I especially enjoyed the creamy green smoothie, which was filling, tasty, and healthy. The restaurant was clean, quiet, and perfect for families. The food came quick was tasty, and cooked with quality. The waiter came by our table often to make sure we were doing okay and asked if we needed refills. We left with full bellies and smiles on our faces.
