Service is very slow even with five workers and no line. Staff also seem very disgruntled with customers even though all interactions are through kiosk machine
They are severely undermanned. It takes over 20 minutes to put your order in. It will be faster going off base to get your coffee
I keep coming here for a cream filled doughnut and about 20 percent of the time there's no cream inside, just a hollow place. Tired of getting ripped off.
Also, the drive through is sometimes open sometimes not. And if you have to go inside, you can't place an order with a real person. There's just some huge giant ipad that's a pain to use.
