We happened to visit this place because there was nowhere else available. You have so much space outside, but it remains empty. You need to replace those ugly, pink, rusty, cold chairs and paint the board that looks a hundred years old — maybe then you will attract more people. The service was slow. The food wasn’t bad.

The worst curds we have gotten from there! Most times we go, we have hour plus wait, one server, or not open, but the curds sucked this evening! They were not cooked and soggy! Not worth $13

Been here a handful of times but today was particularly good. Pretzel was great, of course. But the seasonal burger and the fries with the battered coating is the kind of stuff you talk about the rest of the day. Also, shoutout to our server. Our waiter was the sweetest guy ever. I will never have a waiter like him again, and honestly the best food you can have at starved rock. All the food and drinks were delicious. If you’re ever in the area it is definitely worth checking out.
