Chris, Chris, Chris, what an amazing service. Not many places you can go to where you can say a server genuinely had an outstanding attitude and superb people skills. It's a long way from home but we stopped by after Starved Rock to refuel our energy, and not only were we greeted with delicious food, but a guy (Chris) that made us feel welcomed and well attended. Thank you for the great service and we look forward to seeing you again in the future when we visit again 🫶🏼

The main bar is adorned with ornate ceiling and growler lights, while mug club ceramics hang in the outer walls. TV’s on the wall above bar for sorts fans but this place has a local vibe. Food is always good, smash burgs and fries or cheese curds are super solid. Across the street is a beer garden and a small downtown outdoor area. Better than Ottowa or the Lodge.

What great food and atmosphere this restaurant had! My friend and I found this place looking for food after a long hike and it was perfect! Started with some cheese curds that were so delicious! I had the BBQ Smash burger that was just as equally delicious! Overall it was amazing! We got our food fairly fast and workers were quick and nice!
