The Lodge staff doesn’t let you eat/drink in peace. They sweep/run vacuums at the wrong times imo. Kinda rude but whatev’s.

I was served by Jenna this morning, along with about 30 other people (maybe more) all coming at the same time. She was working completely alone, and I was so impressed by her composure, and how she kept a smile on her face the whole time. I was stunned that she didn't have any back up, especially on a Saturday morning. Hopefully, after today, that changes.

Stop by around 8:50pm and was told that they were close. But as soon as I walk away another family goes over and the same girl that refused to service me told them " I told you guys to come earlier" It seems they were her parents. She serves them. Then a third family comes over and is also told they are close. Lady complained a bit and was finally served. So I decided to go over again in hope my family gets served. I'm told that they are closed again and when I pointed out that how come outer ppl are getting served even though they came after me. So the 2nd girl says it's fine that she would take care of us. Once my daughter says what she wanted the 1st girl who's family is still standing guard says that no they can't help us cause they are close and they don't want to stay later. Honestly after seeing 2 other families being served and being rejected service twice I felt a bit discriminated.

I had horrible customer service when trying to book a cabin. I looked online and could see that the cabin was available for the dates I wanted but had to call to receive my husband’s veterans discount, when I called and talked to the front desk to ask questions before booking I was told they didn’t have availability for a cabin on my dates, I then checked online again and it was available so I called reservations (the only time I had good customer service) and booked our room. When we arrived to the cabin it had not been cleaned the floors left our feet black it was so dirty, the toilet on the main level didn’t flush, the shower in the basement had no hot water, and the master jacuzzi was not working properly. We had maintenance come to look at it and he said he don’t have parts for the toilet or basement shower, so those just didn’t work for our stay, he said he fixed the jacuzzi in the master but when we turned it on it shot out black debris from the jets, so that was unable to be used.
