We come in to get cupcakes and we received a loud, lengthy sermon on Christ carrying his cross, and an invite to take a pic with a cut out Trump…. Then ponders out loud to us why no one wants to work here… who’s gonna tell her it’s HER? Lol You are why, lady. No one cares about what religious you are and it’s incredibly inappropriate to preach to workers or customers. ?. Do you want me to push my beliefs on you? I bet not!You’re also why we won’t be back ever again. This behavior was outrageous and over the top. We were basically hostage to your Christ and trump rant for 15 min, as we slowly tried to GTFO out there..Also 4.25 for a previously frozen cupcake is ridiculous.

Went there on Friday (an hour drive) to find they were closed. Went back at 11 on Sunday to find them closed again. I waited for 10 minutes and left. They need to put their times on the door or something. Not everyone has Facebook. Not a good way to run a business.

This is must when visiting Utica! The cupcakes are absolutely amazing! The cake itself is so moist and fluffy. There are so many options, but you have to go in earlier in the day otherwise everything is picked over. Their Blueberry cheesecake cupcakes is to die for! You really can't go wrong with any of the cupcakes she makes. Highly recommend and will continue to be a repeated customer!

So, let's start with the cupcakes... the cupcakes are phenomenal. I would go back just for those! I had one strawberry, 3 snickers , and 3 plain yellow with butter cream. They were sooooo good. The manager / owner was mean and unwelcoming and also a trump supporter. She barely let us in and pretty much forced us to buy 6 cupcakes each.

I read the reviews so I was mentally prepared but not for the first thing you see when you open the door... a life size Dondald Trump cardboard cut out in color. The cupcakes were good and very small.

Told the lady I wanted 3 cupcakes..she then tells me packaging only comes with 6 I told her no that's okay I only want three .. she gave me my cupcakes on a napkin which is fine because my family and I were eating them on the way to matthiesen park..to my knowledge I'm thinking I'm going to be paying $12 for 3 and max $14 with tax and $1 fee for using Debit ...come to find out 3days later on my bank statement this lady charged me charged me $26 for 3 cupcakes when the big pink sign clearly says $4 for each cupcake(and does not mention a minimum). I would never recommend this place to anyone. Definitely not worth $ as to one of the cupcakes tasted a couple days old..I was going to call this place to get my money back... but clearly the business needs it more. The owner will get the karma they deserve for stealing money from customers.
If you want to walk into a shop that doesn't give a crap about anyone with food allergies or sensitivities this is the crap place for you! You're assaulted by a life size cutout of the worst president trump as you walk in. That was enough for me to just walk out.

Went there yesterday…not a huge selection at all maybe 6 flavors. The women behind the counter was more concerned with a spider on the ceiling and badgers at her house than helping us. She made it clear she didn’t want to be open and there. Won’t be going back there ever again!!

I stopped in and was told I could not get cupcakes to go unless I ordered 6. Otherwise she sends them out on a napkin. I wanted 4. So I get the 6. She charges me on square, doesn’t show me the pad and when I ask if I need to sign she says “nah I just forge everyone’s signature”. I leave and look at my bank app. She charged me 50 dollars for 6 cupcakes that should have been 3 dollars each.

Well, service is kinda rude, but cupcakes were good. Unfortunately for two years in a row, the amount charged and signed-for at the shop is NOT the same as what is charged at my bank. Now this isn't from my personal account, but from my work bank card....which is for our summer camp group. This is charged to a park district card, and no one will reply to calls, messages, etc.So, if you want to be ripped off....and have no one respond, go ahead and come here. If you want a good cupcake without being ripped off....go somewhere else. We will not be returning for this reason.

My wife and I stopped in on our way back to Chicago after a day at Starved Rock. The first thing you notice is the pink gorilla out front. Jill is a "character" to be sure, and not shy about her political beliefs, however we enjoyed talking with her and the cupcakes were AMAZING. Yes she can be gruff at first but warms up fast. I wish I could have been there when a previous reviewer asked if they had any vegan cupcakes, a legit question to be sure but read the room man, lol.
