Dunkin' Donuts in Northbrook

“Stopped in here for one simple reason. I was walking that day and ran out of water and was passing by this establishment. I asked the worker behind the counter if he could be kind enough to give me a cup of ice water. He did not hesitate, and gave me the water for free. Super generous of him to do that and kind. I’m sure he reflects all the other employees that work there. Management has done a great job in training, obviously, but a lot of it just has to do with the type of people you are. I wish I had gotten his name. That’s my only regret. The restaurant was nice and clean, people were sitting around having conversations and having a good time. I would highly recommend.“

“The other reviews are like Karen’s cause this is the best Dunkin in the glenview area. The donuts are always FRESH!!! I can only come here for donuts now because they are the best at this location. Staff is always friendly to me and I’ve never had any issues. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work :)“
