I really like the fast and friendly service at the drive-thru. The staff is very accommodating and willing to offer vegan friendly suggestions. My only concern is that I ordered an everything bagel and received a toasted Asiago bagel. I bit into it and had to spit it out immediately because I don't eat cheese. It was an unpleasant way to begin my morning. While I appreciate the efficiency of the staff, I didn't like the lack of accuracy with my order. I hope this doesn't happen...read full review

North Plaza vs South Plaza! North Plaza Starbucks offers and deals like any ordinary Starbucks outside of the Allstate campus. They accept the Starbucks membership card you can use the app on your phone and get points for your purchases. Only downfall is you can't redeem your points here which was disappointing since this is the Starbucks where I fulfill my caffeine addiction the most being at work! It can get busy at certain times. I was not a big fan of Starbucks initially but now this place has made me a gold member. They have fast service and are nice to customers. Great idea to have a Starbucks in side the Allstate campus.
