[478] This is a small but cool Starbucks location. A few parking spaces but plenty of outdoor seating (no indoor). There is a walkup window so you can order your items. All the menu items are not displayed on the wall. There is a drive thru at this location.

I really like the fast and friendly service at the drive-thru. The staff is very accommodating and willing to offer vegan friendly suggestions. My only concern is that I ordered an everything bagel and received a toasted Asiago bagel. I bit into it and had to spit it out immediately because I don't eat cheese. It was an unpleasant way to begin my morning. While I appreciate the efficiency of the staff, I didn't like the lack of accuracy with my order. I hope this doesn't happen again, because I do like the people that work here and appreciate the hard work they put into pleasing each customer. This place does deserve four stars though for the genuine kindness of the employees and their willingness to help me get my extra stars by ringing up items individually!

North Plaza vs South Plaza! North Plaza Starbucks offers and deals like any ordinary Starbucks outside of the Allstate campus. They accept the Starbucks membership card you can use the app on your phone and get points for your purchases. Only downfall is you can't redeem your points here which was disappointing since this is the Starbucks where I fulfill my caffeine addiction the most being at work! It can get busy at certain times. The staff is quick. If they allowed to redeem points I would rate it a 5 Star. The coffee shop in South Plaza uses the Starbucks ingredients but the menu is limited. They do offer different brands of bottled drinks and salads and healthy meals from Sodexo. You can't use the App or get points for your purchase. Also it's staffed by Sodexo.

Fine Starbucks location for most drinks, but if you're looking to get anything custom, they often have a hard time with it. Also not the quickest location.

It's great to have onsite but order communication could be better when their busy. They have made my order wrong and decided to do it over which was great but they didn't tell me what the hold up was just made me wait until they completed other orders and I had to ask where it was.

I was not a big fan of Starbucks initially but now this place has made me a gold member. They have fast service and are nice to customers. Great idea to have a Starbucks in side the Allstate campus.

I think this is a typo. There is no 2775 Sanders rd location. That is the allstate guys. There is no 2775 even listed on starbucks website.
