“Ready friendly service. I ordered a Philly Chicken sandwich with fries. It was not noted that the sandwich was made with mushrooms, but after receiving it I noticed it had mushrooms. I am allergic so I returned the sandwich and they made me a fresh one. My only complaint is that that sandwich would have been superb with honey mustard. Please add honey mustard to your condiment offerings!“

“This was my first time at Kona Grill. The food was great! We ate on the outside patio which was lovely. We also ate from the Happy Hour menu which was a great deal. “After a week of travel for this Mom, the last thing I wanted to do was to make dinner. This isn't the first time we've been to Glen Prairie and I knew it was just the place I wanted to go. The atmosphere is warm, but quiet. Perfect for a good family catchup. The food is comforting without being too heavy and the wine, beer and cocktail selection is the perfect pairing. We've had the pleasure of being served by Anna a few times now and she does a great job. She is attentive and watchful, without being overbearing which is a difficult skill to master for a lot of servers. Aside from that, I love that it is a safe place for folks with food allergies and I feel very well taken care of in respect to that issue. I can tell that everyone from the hosts to the servers to the bartenders to the kitchen staff are very well trained in creating a safe and welcoming experience for each guest. Glen Prairie is quickly becoming one of our go to family favorite restaurants and we will definitely be back!“

“Great food, comfortable atmosphere, wonderful staff and an incredible chef! Have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner many times here and I’ve never had a bad meal! I recently hosted a dinner for a baby shower for my daughter in their side room. Had 14 people with a catered menu of chicken limone, beef tenderloin, gnocchi, salad, roasted potatoes, and grilled vegetables for a very reasonable price. The food was delicious and the service was superb. This is the second dinner like this that I have done here and it was amazing! Thank you Ms. Medina, Jose , Dorita, and Chef Jose!“

“Don’t order the short rib mini sandwiches! They were 90 percent fat. When I informed the waitress she indicated that there is always fat on those sandwiches. My sandwich was mostly grizzle and fat. My friend had the same thing but hers at least had some meat.“

The food was delicious, hot, fast, priced affordably. They have a large menu. We had some special diets in our group and there were enough options for them to find what they needed. I definitely would return and would recommend it to friends.“

“This place is amazing. I got the Mexican omelette and it was everything I hoped it would be. The wait staff is outstanding and treat you how you want to be treated. They were very fast and the Mimosas are a huge draw. It’s worth every penny I don’t miss one cent of it. It’s always a good feeling when you don’t leave a restaurant disappointed with the taste. “On a normal day, Prasino is not usually quite as crowded as it was on Father's Day. The service is always amazing, the food is always delicious, and the drinks are superb. However, the length of time it took to get our food on Father's Day was excessive, to say the least. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed in the kitchen on a busy day, or if something in the kitchen wasn't working properly, but it took over an hour between when we ordered and the food was delivered to our table. We have older kids, who were "starving", but fully capable of being patient. But there were many tables with young children who I'm sure were affected by this. Let me be clear, this is NOT the norm at this restaurant. I have no problem recommending Prasino, and we will absolutely go back because of our many great experiences before this. But this is something that the owners need to address to prevent it from happening on the next holiday.“
