Got a serious staph infection from using the hot tub, we thought we were biten by brown recluse spiders at first turns out ALL 4 OF US got staph while there, when i called about (what we thought were spiders) they were unbothered and unconcerned. Never recieved a call back from management so I could make sure it doenst happened agian
My husband and I had an exceptional experience at the hotel during a wedding weekend. The staff was incredibly accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the venue for the wedding was stunning. The attention to detail and top-notch service made it a truly memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for any special occasion or simply for a special getaway. Five stars!
Worth booking again! Staff was wonderful and so were the amenities!
