Just happened to be in the area and wanted a quick bite to eat and I was very impressed! This was my first visit to ShakeShack in the Chicago area and even though I ordered to go out was still a great experience. The staff was friendly and polite and the service was pretty quick for a Friday night. The wife complained a bit about a $15 price tag for a burger but I could have cared less the burger was amazing and well worth it!
First time to Shake Shack and wanted to try the signature burger, so I got the single Shack Burger with cheese. It is a very tasty burger. The meat was good quality and seemed fresh, not frozen, but not 100% sure about that. Lettuce & tomato included and their Shack sauce adds a unique flavor. Food is good, you order everything on a tablet, I would prefer more customization. I wanted to take the peppers off my burger, and there was no option to do so. Had an issue with the tablet disconnected during ordering. It took a while to get help with getting my order in.
