Based on the reviews, the Starbucks Coffee Company in Chicago has very friendly staff and great customer service. The employees, including Emma, Viana, Tyler, Luis, and Angie, are sweet, super friendly, and genuinely enjoy their jobs. They made customers feel welcome even during a storm and provided helpful service. The drinks, such as the strawberry açaí refresher, bacon Gouda sandwich, Medicine Ball tea, Chai Tea Latte, fresh blonde hot coffee, and caramel ribbon crunch, were made exactly right. The coffee was good and the coffee temp was nice and hot. The store is also very clean. This is an easy 5/5 star Starbucks that stuck out because of the friendly staff and high quality.
