On friday january 9 i placed a delivery on doordash for a company party, about 6 items total. One of my coworker's order was specialties korean fried chicken $19.95. Everything came and everything looked great. but when my coworker took a bite it turned out to be CAULIFLOWER! i did not order the vegan option and it really did look like chicken. anyone could have missed it, whether it be the person packing the order or the doordash driver. i double checked my order, saw i chose correctly, then called. the manager offered 1) i come pick up the right order, but it was 1:30PM, I can't leave work obviously that's why we paid delivery! OR 2) call doordash to get refund... it wasn't doordash's fault... like i mentioned the fried cauliflower in the sauce really looked like chicken, it was their kitchen's fault. OR 3) i give him my number and email to receive a gift card. its january 31 now. i choose option 3. but still No email or giftcard from Cheesecake factory. its been 3 weeks. my coworkers and i usually order from this location but the lack of accountability is crazy. also the dish was disgusting anyways so my coworker did not get to eat lunch.

EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! I USUALLY FREQUENT THE SKOKIE LOCATION BUT I GOT THE SAME QUALITY AND SATISFACTION HERE! LOVED THE PINEAPPLE CHICKEN WHICH IS MY PERSONAL FAVORITE! ALONG WITH THE DEVINE RASPBERRY PEACE CHEESECAKE!

Will wait 15-20 minutes for a drink or a refill. Sat us in between 2 tables that are so close you can hear the person next to you whisper. Prices are ridiculous for what you get and horrible experience. Tables around us were also frustrated and one left early before ordering food.
