My daughter and I had meals with chicken in them. The chicken had no seasoning and looked/tasted like it was boiled. The sauce helped my meal. My daughter had to ask for something else. It was too bland. Desserts were yummy.

This location compared to other Cheesecake Factory locations in the suburbs is definitely my favorite thus far! My husband and I made a reservation for 8pm and I would say within 5 minutes we were seated and already had our drinks! Food came out in a timely manner and was served hot and fresh! The young lady who walked us to our table even though our encounter with her was short,she was very delightful! She asked us if this was our first time at their location we told her yes and she said thank you for visiting us! Which I thought was nice! Our waiter was very pleasant! Table,napkins,silverware,all were clean. We sat outside and oh my goodness I love their outside patio area! Definitely a vibe!!

I ordered the Louisiana Chicken Pasta and it was so dry!! The chicken was tasty but please add more sauce to the pasta. The Cinnabon cheesecake was delish!! My daughter (who doesn't like cheesecake) had their Celebration cheesecake and she enjoyed it.

⭐ 5/5 Always a great time at The Cheesecake Factory! The portions are huge, service is great, and the desserts are next level. I tried the Banana Cheesecake, so smooth and flavorful, and the White Chocolate Cheesecake was perfect. Creamy, sweet, and absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to go back!

Purchased 8 cheesecakes to go and they where ALL very very THIN slices They even tilted over in the case of how thin they were. With what they charge per slice and how thin they are *** is ridiculous ***

Got a seat right away but the waiter took forever to return to the table. We received our appetizer and it was cold in the middle. My pasta was full of uncooked clumps and also tasted like dishwater idk how. My GFS pasta was cold and bland and all of the proteins were cold. Won't be back
