Ordered some Baja blasts and the lady (Kayley?) at the drive through noticed they were low on syrup! She was soo nice and offered to remake my Baja blasts. In past experiences, I’ve also met a kind older woman at the drive through; She was all smiles. I really love the energy and commitment of the Taco Bell team.
I keep ordering from this location in the hopes they will get better, but unfortunately not. The orders are usually right (the occasional diet soda is wrong), but everytime the crunchwraps are disappointing. Barely any of the protein included. Its a tortilla with a tostada and lettuce.
Food here is great, I love taco bell. However, the service was not so good. Orders are frequently messed up, and sometimes cold. When eating in, it takes a long time to get your food. The restaurant is also tiny, and not a very comfortable atmosphere for eating.
