I was getting food for my children since I was in the area already. I placed my order ahead of time online so it would be ready when I get there. The drive was around 5-7 minutes. The promise time for it to be ready was a bit after I arrived so I decided to sit in my car until the promise time. When I went down the lady at the register told me that they were bagging it up and thag it would be ready shortly, and I believed her since on the screen it said that my order was ready....read full review
