Unfortunately my family and I never got a chance to eat here due to the horrible music that was playing as soon as we walked in at 6pm! Definitely isn’t family friendly as we were met with profanity from the music before the host could say hello.

Disgusting tasteless and half done food!!!!

I absolutely love the food of this restaurant, but over time the actual space seems to have run down and is not being maintained. The floor was sticky upon walking to our table, the booth seat was ripped to shreds on both sides, the napkin dispenser had food residue on it. The music is loud and they warn you of that, but that was the least disappointing of the atmosphere. My boil was 10/10! I'm more inclined to order it to go moving forward as opposed to sitting in dirty, broken booths.

The service was great once we got a server. They never told our waiter that her was working our table and we sat there over 20 minutes before someone came over to our table

MY FRIEND AND BOYFRIEND DECIDED TO TAKE ME OUT FOR MY BIRTHDAY WE DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM WISCONSIN TO THIS PLACE. I ORDER THE SEAFOOD BAG MILD AS IM EATING ( I MEAN SLAMMING DOWN) I FIND A LONG HAIR STRING IN MY FOOD I ALERTED MY SEVERE WHICH HAPPEN TO BE A MANGER (very nice girl) SHE HAS SOME GUY COME TO THE TABLE AND I SHOW HIM WHAT I FOUND ( IRRITATED/ jokingly ) HE SAYS “SO WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO” I TELL HIM I WOULD LIKE A NEW BAG PLEASE..20MINS LATER HE COMES WITH A NEW BAG (no apologies no nothing) AND DROPS THE FOOD ON THE TABLE, APOUND EATING THE FOOD IS EXTREMELY SPICY I COULDN'T EVEN EAT IT…I CALLED MY SERVER OVER AND ASK FOR THE CHECK (cause at this point you not finna keep playing with my food) SHE CAN SEE THE LOOK ON MY FACE AND I TOLD HER THE FOOD WAS TO SPICY I ORDERED MILD SHE ASK ME COULD I WAIT BEFORE LEAVING SHE WOULD HAVE THE GUY COME OVER AGAIN….HE COMES TO MY TABLE IRRITATED I EXPLAIN I ORDER MILD NOT SPICY BUT NO WORRIES I WOULD LIKE THE CHECK I WOULD RATHER LEAVE HE OFFER ME THE BUTTER SAUCE (I GUESS) TO EVEN OUT THE SPICE TO IT (jokingly but not joking) HE ASK MILD OR SPICY I TELL HIM WHY WOULD I GET SPICY IF THIS IS ALREADY BURNING MY MOUTH HE SAYS “IM JUST TRYING TO GIVE YOU OPTIONS” I EXPLAIN ONE OF THE OPINIONS IS ALREADY IN MY BAG I WOULD RATHER HAVE THE NONE SPICY SIR.!!! OVER ALL I WONT RETURN BACK BECAUSE THE GUY THERE WAS SO AGGRESSIVELY RUDE

Jocelyn was a great host. Most of the time I come, she’s my waitress. She’s really sweet, and always brings the food out in a timely manner.

Went to celebrate a friend’s birthday and Socrates and his staff went above and beyond!!! We had a party of 17!!! The service was accurate and fast!!! It was my first time there, but I will be back!!! Thank you for all your hard work to help make my friend’s day special❤️

I have been here a few times and no complaints. The experience today was extremely disappointing. The sever was nice but not attentive enough.The food was not great, my husband and I ordered seafood boil bags we asked for HOT and it wasn't HOT at all. The table next to us received their food first and mind you we were seated before them. Most of the shrimps in my bag were not devained properly. Very frustrating disappointing experience. Smh.

As a person who really likes this type of food I was excited to try this restaurant. Upon entering the place I was met with unusually loud music in the bar. There is one of the DJ speakers on a stand blasting away. I thought odd, but ok.
I got to the table with my date and was struggling to have regular conversation at reasonable sound levels. We noticed a sign saying that they play their music loud and it may have swearing. Not a family place in my mind.

We ordered our food. Different sauces, I got thr house combo sauce. My date got garlic butter. The food tasted exactly the same. It seems that they steam the food then add the sauce. This leaves the food bland. It came out super fast so I can't help but wonder if it is precooked.

My corn was softer than it should have been, but at this point such is life.

I appreciate the signs on the inside but would have been nice to know before we were in the place and seated.

For some, this may be a great place. I've enjoyed better food and experiences elsewhere.
