Chicago Chicken and Waffles offers excellent cuisine, and the customer service was exemplary. Ms. Alicia, the young lady serving, demonstrated exceptional patience and kindness.
Chicken and gravy was delicious!! Cornbread a little dry. Overall good food
The food was awesome. The chicken was excellent. We had the fried chicken and the smothered chicken. The catfish was delicious too. The greens were great. The yams were awesome. The dressing was awesome. I highly recommend it. We will be returning.

While one customer had an issue with an undercooked grilled catfish dish, the server provided great customer service.
