This is a good place for a fresh fast dining casual meal. They are constantly getting new options. Yet, still keeping consistent with the American Latin dinner like having a family-style meal. Thanks, Chipotle. Thank you to the people that cook, clean and keep the place running.

Went to Chipotle last night. Woman who was at the counter was not wearing a mask or gloves. Apologized for the store being short staffed even though there were four other employees there not really doing anything (except the person making the food) She was frantically working on my order and apparently an online order. She was very stingy on the ingredients. When it came to the guacamole, she was literally scrapping the container instead of giving me FRESH guacamole. She rang up my order still not wearing gloves. When I got home, ate the burrito and there were huge STEMS of cilantro in the food instead of removing the stems first. All in all, a nasty experience. I may have to frequent the Chipotle in Berwyn or Villa Park. Never had an issue with either of them. And reading the reviews of this place, it appears I may not have a choice. They need to up the service and food prep at this place or you’ll see less and less customers coming here. Don’t see this place staying open much longer.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this location on November 9th. Despite coming here multiple times in the last 3 months - once in September, once in October, and now in November - the quality of both the food and service has remained consistently poor.While the food during my visit in September was acceptable, the atmosphere was not, and I assumed it was due to the location being close to closing time. However, my most recent visit proved that this is the culture of this establishment - one of poor service, unclean environment, and a lackadaisical attitude.I regretted my decision to come here as soon as I placed my order. Other customers who were waiting in line before me had missing items in their bags, and some of the food items were not being replaced. The staff was not cohesive and did not take pride in their food or service, which was evident throughout my visit.It is unacceptable to charge such high prices for food and then disregard the quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. As a customer, I felt disrespected and undervalued.To make matters worse, my order was incorrect - I ordered a chicken taco which was missing chips and guacamole. I will not be returning to this location unless there is a significant improvement in the quality of food and service.

Employees with bad attitudes! One of the drive thru workers rolled her eyes because I asked for a condiment I didnt have the option to order online. Then she says "yes, you can". My online orders are often incorrect. Do better!

So this is the worst Chipotle I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from and quite possibly one of the worst establishments I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I like Chipotle. I may even love Chipotle. And because of this, I have been willing to deal with this Chipotle's dirtiness (always stuff on the floor, drink area sticky and wet, etc.), the employees' bad attitudes, and the general dysfunction of the place since it is one of the only fast food places within walking distance of my job. Today, I went to order and got the kids cheese quesadilla meal (less expensive and smaller portions). Now, I have gotten the cheese quesadilla meal at Chipotle many, many times. It comes with a small cheese quesadilla, two sides (rice & beans), and either a meat or guacamole, along with a kids drink and chips or fruit. I had an issue before where the workers had literally no idea that the kids meal came with a drink and fruit or chips which is fine, not great but fine. I asked the person at the register about both items and they provided me with chips and a drink no problem. Today, I ran into a similar issue, but was unfortunately left very disappointed. The lady working put my quesadilla in the container and asked me which types of rice and beans I wanted. She then slid the container down the way without asking me which meat I wanted. This led me to asking her if I can have one of the meats added to the final empty slot in the container. She refused. When I pressed her and said that I've always had meat with this meal, she again refused, saying that meat only came on the side with the kids taco meal. Not wanting to make a scene, I left the issue, paid, and left. I then checked the Chipotle menu online and sure enough, meat comes with the kids meal. Surprise surprise. And, to top it all off, the cheese in the quesadilla wasn't melted, so it was literally just some smashed together cheese in a tortilla. Great.So. To this Chipotle I say that if you are going to have a dirty store and bad customer service, at the very least you can make sure your employees know how to make the items and meals advertised. Good luck with that customer retention; you need it.

This Chipotle always screws up online orders, go to the one on Madison and Harlem instead. I've never had an order be accurate over 4 different orders.

Ordered an order for pickup. Ordered a 3.50 side of guacamole. Got charged for side of guacamole. Went to pick up order and they didn’t even tell me they didn’t include it, noticed a few minutes after picking up. Proceed to say they were out when I asked for it. well thanks for charging me for it. No offer of substitute or refund.

If I could give this place no stars I would. There is a female manager with tattoos on her neck who's rude. Most of the people who work here are rude. It's insane how they treat customers. This company doesn't reward good employees and pushes them out. There was a manager named Adrian and he was the best. But he was pushed

The food is good and so is the service. It is better to order to go because, while there is seating, the restuarant has a general feel that makes it kinda undesirable to eat at. If you do want to eat in there are plenty of parking available. This location also has the same problem as other Chipolte locations; food can get expensive if you add anything other than basic ingredients. If you normally like chipotle this one is great.Vegetarian options: It's easy to configure a vegetaran meal

Says closes at 10 on everything. Walk in at 830 & they say what they have is what they have, a scoop of barbacoa for the meat, because they close in 30 minutes. Customer service was terrible.
