So this is the worst Chipotle I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from and quite possibly one of the worst establishments I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I like Chipotle. I may even love Chipotle. Ordered an order for pickup. Ordered a 3.50 side of guacamole. Got charged for side of guacamole. Went to pick up order and they didn’t even tell me they didn’t include it, noticed a few minutes after picking up. Proceed to say they were out when I asked for it. well thanks for charging me for it. No offer of substitute or refund.

Employees with bad attitudes! One of the drive thru workers rolled her eyes because I asked for a condiment I didnt have the option to order online. Then she says "yes, you can". My online orders are often incorrect. Do better!
