I ordered online for delivery. My order confirmation said it would be delivered at 4:30 ( this is what I was counting on for my daughter's dinner before gymnastics practice) I called to check on the order status 10 minutes later only to find out that in fact there system doesn't work like that and the order doesn't come through to them until 4:25. Dear potbelly’s. I’ve been here many times and none of those times has been quite as nice as this visit. Absolutely wonderful staff, kind, funny, and acted like people as apposed to stereotypical fast food workers. Please give all employees a raise who were there March 7 1:30 Pm 2024

I always liked potbelly food and this location didn't disappoint, got the A wreck sandwich and it was made really well just a little oil more than normal. Good people running this and they give you a good amount of hot peppers as well.
