Alena was very rude and snapped at me when I asked a simple question
What do you expect for a Starbucks? Hot drinks are cold. They don’t seem to know how to make signature drinks at this location. This location disappoints every time from the service to drinks. That’s a shame too cause it never was like this. 7 yrs ago this location was given the attention. Today… nothing. They’re always missing something… an ingredient or they “cant make it I’m out of this syrup.”
