“We recently attended the Neverland Tea and I have to say it was perfection. I am a Disney adult and frequently go to Disneyland and I have to say Disney couldn’t have done it better. The F&B director went to great lengths to personalize every detail. She truly did bring a fairytale to life. The custom maps of Neverland on the table, the make your own fairy jar, the make and take custom tea bags with a wide assortment of teas, the treasure box filled with gifts for the kids, it all was amazing. She even made custom doll house rooms to serve the mini desserts on. Waiters were dressed as pirates and Tinkerbell read to children in Wendy’s nook. The 3 courses were lovely, scones with cream and jam, an assortment of finger sandwiches were delicious. My personal favorite dessert was their reinvention of the banana sundae. The service was above and beyond. We wanted to take some tea to go that was on the menu but not on the tea bar, the manager didn’t hesitate to bring us a few bags. For $70 the 3 courses and unlimited champagne were absolutely worth it.“

“Two GREAT employees last night! First is Claude. Made a surprise rum drink from scratch and served it himself. Could not have asked for a better cocktail. Second is Andrew. Very thoughtful and was right there for everything with suggestions and service. They made for a very GREAT time.“

“The Peruvian menu was superb! Fresh and flavorful courses, each one terrific! The Quinoa salad was bright, light and vibrant. The grilled chicken's flavor was enhanced by the beans and zucchini that accompanied it. We enjoyed the entire meal and thank the staff for their attentive and friendly hospitality.“

“Mackenzie did an excellent job checking me in. She set the tone for my stay to be very pleasant. She followed a script that let me know that she knows how to make a Titanium Member happy. I called later to ask if the M-Club was open for water and drinks and I was told no by the other lady working the front desk. When I returned to the hotel, Mackenzie told me that the M-Club was open for water and drinks. She did an excellent job!“
