“Terrible customer service. After waiting an hour and a half for our delivery we called in to check on the order and were laughed at when we told them we had a house full of kids waiting for dinner. They couldn’t even tell us when our order would be ready. Our orders are typically messed up from here anyways I don’t know why we even tried again, definitely lost a costumer tonight. “Stopped at this Dairy Queen on our road trip and had an all around fantastic experience! Friendly faces smiled at us when we entered the building. The bathrooms were very clean. I double checked to ensure my daughter’s slushee was dairy-free and after the staff assured me, they also let me know about their dairy-free dilly bars and offered her one to try! The food was very fresh and I was impressed that the ranch was house made. We have definitely made a note to stop here on our next road trip!”
