I didn’t want to leave a review because I know it’s hard for restaurants. I have to be fair and call a spade a spade. I don’t understand why the food wasn’t that good it seems super authentic. I ate here two days in a row. The first night I had the Birria tacos. I give those a 6/10. The rice and beans were better than those tacos. Today I had the margarita sampler. I give that a 4.5/10. None of the food had flavor today or yesterday. I can promise you one thing...
Was staying at the hotel next door and got a simple 3 soft taco order to go. It was only about $8. I don't think I waited but 5 minutes and it was in my hand along with chips and salsa to go. Service was exalted and the food was good. If im ever back I would stop and actually sit down for another meal
Out of town and the restaurant was close off the highway. Was pleasantly surprised with the food. We had the shrimp, steak and chicken fajitas. They were excellent and have plenty of leftovers. The guacamole is tastey and the salsa grew on me. The waiter was friendly. Would stop again.
