Every time I go to get some banana pudding they never have any. Unfriendly young staff . Overpriced ice cream , one scoop for damn near $9 . This is why I don’t like supporting black owned businesses

You have a very deceptive sign for the 5.00 holla. Letting customers think its 3 items they get. You need to be reported. I hate when people try to deceive you. Will never visit nor should anyone else.

I gave three star because you have to get there earlier. Everything runs out so quick which is unfortunate because I don’t always have the time. So far I’ve tried a couple of the ice cream flavors and it’s too sweet to me but the strawberry banana pudding is the best thing I’ve tried.

Their ice cream is literally the best i’ve ever had! My only complaint is that this location never allows for us to come inside. I’ve seen several people either leave or take their business next door because of it. Not many people see their sign but if they had their door propped open with music playing it’ll definitely attract more customers and allow for us to engage with the workers. It’s a very nice area!

Ive been here twice and both times the doors were closed. Like i dont understand why ppl aren’t lined up outside for this delicious ice cream.
You guys have an awesome product but the marketing could probably be better. I saw a person walk up to the door and noticed it locked so they just left and went next door. I think you guys may be losing a lot of business because of that. Good luck tho…

They NEVER disappoint!!! The vegan banana pudding ice cream is absolutely exquisite.

I always go for the delicious peach cobbler, lately it's sold out alot. I stopped by and I was able to grab some but unfortunately I could barely finish it, the crust was super soggy almost undercooked I was so disappointed.

I purchased a peach cobbler and it barely had any peaches in there,it was mostly dough bread,crust.It tast like it had some type of chemical in it and it was over priced.I was vary disappointed.

They have a fantastic vegan banna pudding ice cream and I'm not a fan of anything vegan. The service was awesome.

Make sure you have a backup plan if you're ordering for a special event! I called in at 12:15pm on a Friday (they opened at noon) to order a full size caramel rum cake for a special Fat Tuesday party the following Tuesday - 4 days later. The baker (Leah) answered the phone. I asked her how much the rum cake was, and she didn't know. The baker who makes the cake doesn't know the pricen of her own cakes! That was just the start. She put me on hold to check with someone then said it was "around" $45 before tax. Then she took my order and assured me it would be ready for me to pick up after work on Monday. She promised me it was gonna be sooooo good and moist and amazing. She said they normally take the payment up front but that noone was there to work the POS system (LOL) and she didn't know how. The baker told me she would have someone call me back to take my payment. I said that would be fine. The rest of Friday, Saturday, Sunday went by and noone called me. Monday came and I missed a call at around 2:30pm from Leah - the baker - saying that their cake box delivery didn't show up and to just call her for an update about my order. I didn't see it until I got off work around 4:30 because I was in meetings. I called her back on the way to pick up the cake, she didn't answer. I called the bakery and the front counter worker answered, then checked on my cake, then came back and said THE BAKER DIDN'T MAKE IT!! So here I am the evening before our event and everyone was expecting rum cake and I had no cake!!!! UNBELIEVABLE. And the baker knew she wasn't going to make my cake when she called because it was supposed to be done by 2pm. She never told me on the message that she just decided not to make it. She just left that for the innocent front counter person to have to tell me that. The lame ass excuse that the "cake box delivery didn't come" is so ridiculous! Who runs a business that way?? If you run out of cake boxes, YOU GO BUY ONE SOMEWHERE (Walmart, Meijer, dollar store even!). Or improvise. You don't just cancel a customer's order when they are paying $50 for a cake!! The cashier gave me the baker's cell number so I could get an explanation. Again, she didn't answer. I left a message asking why she didn't make my cake and asked for an explanation. I gave her a FULL WEEK to call me back. She never did. Screw me I guess. I try really hard not to give bad reviews because I know how important reviews are, but they just don't run their business well. They could have just called me and apologized, then maybe offered a way to make it right. But NOTHING!! I was really trying to support this local small business but will not be going there again. I'll advise others to do the same. I don't do business with businesses that don't care about their customers. Just make sure if you order a special cake from them, you have a backup plan! Because it might not be there.
