I just went at this place and I’m really disappointed with my experience at Andy’s Frozen Custard. First, they rang up the wrong order. When we got to the drive-thru window, I politely asked if it could be corrected. Instead the blond girl making the ice cream gave us a really bad attitude and commented, “Why did you take it if it’s wrong?” She then slammed the ice cream down. I understand it was a busy time, and I know working in food service can be stressful. But if you’re working with customers, attitude matters. Mistakes happen that’s understandable but treating customers rudely and acting frustrated when correcting an order is not okay. Because of how we were treated, we will not be coming back again. Very disappointed with this experience.
Lady at the window needs a attitude adjustment don’t know her name but I went at 5:01 on FEB 11th very unprofessional won’t be returning to this location

I usually don’t go to andy’s but the one time i decided to give it a try they let me down. I ordered the Texas 2 Step Jackhammer to go and when i got home, there was absolutely no fudge. I was served plain custard with about 5 strawberries for almost $9. This is soooo disappointing…
