Asked for light ice. They filled the iced tea cup to the top. When I complained the girl making the iced tea said I was not charged for light ice. What? Then I repeated that I didn't want a full cup of ice. She would only dump a little out and said if I didn't like it to go somewhere else. Wow! I suggest everyone go somewhere else. Rude & will cheat you here!

This Dunkin franchise has changed ownership a dozen times in the last 20 years, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. Right now it is not the usual good donut shop. Most of the donuts were stale when we dropped in and bought a dozen ... so we won't do that again. The coffee is always good though, so we'll continue to get coffee. Other than a good coffee shop, there isn't much here to interest one. Too bad.

Disgustingly cheap. I had a large order was given two of my items in one small bag. The older Indian man at the window, started handing me my items individually. I asked if they could be placed in a bag. He stated that he could not give me a bag because I already had one for my donuts. The rest of the items would not fit in the tiny bag with my donuts. Will not be back to this location.

The workers at this Dunkin' are so sweet! They always have a smile on their faces, and they give our dog a special treat every time we go through the drive thru. Thank you for being extra kind through these difficult days.
Do not purchase a polar pizza from this store. I purchased one from here and it was so old it had a horrible smell to it. I could not serve it at my party. I went to the store to exchange it for a fresh one and they refused to replace it. They told me I was lying that I didn't purchase it at there store They were so rude and out of Line. I will never come here again. I would give zero stars if it let me.

Just stopped at this location via drive thru. The car in front of me got the wrong order so they switched them out she leave. My drunk readily available so I ask if you just switched that with the car in front of me, she said yes. I told her I didn't want it and drove off. How dare you in today's world especially...:::unacceptable in all forms and no excuses . You should know better. Done venting, proceed with caution. Health n safety precautions are definitely not in order here...::

Zero stars would be more accurate. The staff is very rude, does not listen to what you are ordering. She remade the coffee 3 times & still it isn't correct. While she was attempting to make mine, another lady was going through the same thing. I will not be going to this Dunkin anymore.
