Can't Believe It's Not Meat

The food was pretty good. Just know if you go visit, it’s not a traditional dine in experience. The food does makeup for the lack of organization, which may throw a first time visitor off a bit. The vegan food is good. This place also has a non-vegan soul food menu, which starts at 1 p.m.

A group of us ordered some food here and enjoyed it all… a lot. It’s all pretty junky and expensive but there were no complaints other than it not being entirely vegan. Everybody’s favorite were those Philly eggrolls.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I felt I should be honest. The service was good. The music was a little too loud for dine-in. We ordered a vegan steak sandwich and a vegan Nashville chicken sandwich. Each came with fries. We could not finish our meals due the fryer oil tasting unusual. It might have been in need of changing. Same oil was used for chicken sandwich. the chicken wasn't properly drained before being made into the sandwich and had oil pouring out of it. My wife liked the vegan steak sandwich very much but the bad oil taste spoiled the meal. I don't think we'll be back but the place seemed very busy and others seemed to be enjoying themselves. This was just our experience.

They started off with seasoned fries which were very good and is stated on the menu 😋 but they don't have that anymore they have soft flimsy limp fries which are not tasty at all!😕

They were at my HYDE PARK CAREER ACADEMY HIGH SCHOOL ALL CLASS ALUMNI ON THE SOUTHSIDE OF CHICAGO IL,I HADN'T EATEN,I SPOTTED THE VENDING TRUCK AND I ORDERED CHEESEBURGER AND FRIES AND SOME KOOLAID LOL!!!I HAVEN'T HAD A VEGAN CHEESEBURGER AND FRIES LIKE THAT IN A LONNNGGGG TIME!!!YOU ARE THE BOMB!!!AS A MATTER OF FACT I'M GETTING UP AND DRIVING OUT TO THE RESTAURANT IN ORLAND PARK,COMING FROM ADDISON IL. RIGHT NOW!!!BLESSINGS ❤️

Someone in the kitchen doesn’t know the difference between pico de gallo and salsa verde. When I order the Talk About It tacos on UberEats and opt to have no salsa verde and cilantro, I get a plain taco with lettuce and salsa verde in a cup on the side. This has happened countless times. Too many times to be a mistake. At least 15 times. Do better.

Had the WhoBetta Burger at the Jerk Seafood Vegan Festival and it was delicious! I can't wait to visit one of their locations in the near future!

Phenomenal food!!! Very busy!!!! Fast service !!! Restaurant is kinda small, limited seating. But 10/10!!! Highly recommend!!!!

I have nothing bad to say. I’ve been to all locations and I’ll say this is probably the best one. The other ones are like on the side of busy streets and it’s tough to try to find parking. I’m not from Chicago, I just visit from time to time because I have family there. This location will definitely be the one I go to every time I come to visit Chicago. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was chill. It seems like it’s in a good location better than the others and it was cool to see the photos of some famous people that have been there.

I came here twice before I made my review, and WOWW! The food is TOP TIER! The service is amazing, I love to see a woman of color at the front counter whom is pleasant, and beautiful. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak one night, and the next day brunch. First time was pick up and go, the next day I dined in with my baby girl. Even the shake was amazing. I will be back again to try so much more! I came all the way from NC and debating if I even want to go back, the vegan food in Chicago V/S NC does NOT even compete to compare lol. I love this place and as long as I’m out here, I’ll be spending my coins here ☺️

The menu is excellent and the staff are super nice. I've been here multiple times and will definitely come again. I just wish they were fully vegan.

The food is delicious and the employees are courteous. However, they don't show the calories ANYWHERE for ANY of their food items. There are those of us who need to keep track of such things. Also, I was told my order would be ready for pickup at 12:50 p.m.; however, I had to wait 10 more minutes for someone to make my smoothie.
