I have been a member for almost 20 years & always had very good food, however not last evening. To start, I agreed to an upgrade for my welcoming bottle (always paid $7.50) & was shocked on my bill to be charged $15.50 for it. Should have been informed. Next, my dinner of your signature Mahi-mahi dish was dry & overcooked with very little broccolini. Sadly, this was my birthday celebration but I do thank you for the birthday truffles.
Came as my sister was treating me to a late lunch for my birthday. We had a 3pm reservation. I was a little disappointed in the fact that we had to wait quite a while to be seated. I asked the receptionist were they understaffed because I noticed after she took someone back before us, she started cleaning tables; she said no. The young man who “greeted” us was not very pleasant. He really looked like he hates his job. He kept insisting that I didn't have a reservation but finally found it. Alisa, our server, was in training with Brittany and they more than made up for our rough start. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our dining experience.
